Store Manager
Grauer’s is seeking a strong leader to be responsible for the general management of a high volume, fast- paced retail/ commercial paint store. General tasks and oversight include team leadership, customer service, inventory management, property maintenance and day- to- day operations. This position will require the ability to multitask, implement procedures and spend significant time on their feet and lifting. Experience leading a team is required. This position will contribute to the growth and success of the company by continuing our tradition of exceeding customer expectations, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, retail and contractor sales, mixing paint, deliveries, in-store transfers. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, multi-task oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, reliable with attention to details and have excellent verbal communication. - Ability to lift 40 -50 lb on a regular basis is required
- Retail and paint experience helpful but not necessary
- Demonstrate trustworthiness amongst co-workers and customers
- Grauer’s is open Monday – Saturday and is closed on Sunday
- Goal oriented and self motivated while willing to receive training and feedback
- Versatile, willing to work at various locations as needed
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders
